Shipping policy

All shipping rates are calculated in real time at time of estimate and based on weight, size and shipping address with added insurance. Multiple shipping providers are used and we select the most competitive rate. Shipping providers will provide tracking number to track shipment once it is fulfilled and shipped out. In store pickup is also available at check out.

Missing/damaged shipments should first be taken up with the shipping provider as we are no longer responsible for the package once it is shipped out from our office. 

To ensure your order is fulfilled same day please make sure you order by these cut off times otherwise we can't guarantee shipping providers will pick them up in time.

 

Shipping Cut Off Times:

Overnight shipping: 1pm EST*

All other shipping options: 3pm EST*

*If your order isn't in by these times they will be fulfilled but picked up the next business day by our shipping providers so please order before these cutoffs if you need it shipped out same day. Do not use GROUND SHIPPING if you need it shipped out same day because ground shipping does not allow same day pick ups and takes 3-5 days to arrive.
