Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items/Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any pre-cut kits.

Refunds
We do not provide refunds on pre-cut kits. If there is an issue with the kit please reach out to us orders@precuts.ca
